How do I get e-mails about cluster events and news?
Contact the Carriage Gate webmaster to be added to the cluster mailing list.
Note: Your e-mail address will not be visible to others when e-mail is sent to the cluster.
What if I need a key for my mailbox?
The cluster mailboxes are the property of the U.S. Postal Service. If you have any problems with your mailbox or need a replacement key, contact the local postmaster at 703-689-9794. The Post Office is located at 1860-A Michael Faraday Drive.
What should I do with the branches and brush I've trimmed from my yard?
To prevent brush fires, please do not dispose of yard waste in the wooded areas behind the cluster. If the waste fits in a trash can (or lawn bag) or can be bound into manageable bunches, please leave it out on the curb for trash pickup. You may also take yard waste to locations where the Reston Association is providing brush chipping services. For more information on the dates and locations of this service, see RA's web site.
What kind of advice can I get for maintaining my yard?
Our lawn service, Blade Runners, has an on-line newsletter with landscaping tips and a client resource center.
