July Board Meeting

The cluster board will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17th at 11954. Residents are welcome to attend, but please notify the board that you would like to attend so that we can accommodate you. (Send e-mail to board (at) carriagegate.org.)

Spring Cleanup and Picnic Recap

Thanks to all who participated in the Spring Cleanup and Picnic on Sunday, April 27th! A lot of work got done and, despite the rain, many burgers and hot dogs were consumed. For photos of the event, check out the photo album.

We plan on having another cleanup and picnic event later in the year.

Update Your Directory Listing

Need to update your Carriage Gate Cluster directory listing? Submit your information online.

Design Review Board Applications Need Cluster Board Officer Signature

The Rules and Regulations page has been updated to clarify Design Review Board (DRB) application signatures. (See the second Addendum.)

Homeowners submitting DRB applications need to obtain a Carriage Gate Cluster Board Officer's signature. A cluster board officer is any one of the following: the President, the Vice President, the Secretary, or the Treasurer. Other Cluster board members are not eligible to sign the DRB applications.

Trash Pickup Information

For more information about our trash service, go to the AAA Trash website at www.aaatrash.com. There you will find information such as the holiday schedule for trash and recycling pickup. The website also contains instructions for bundling yard waste for pickup. This website has been added as a permanent link under our FAQs.

Pets

Pet owners are required to follow Fairfax County leash laws and "pooper scooper" regulations on Cluster property.
